• All items must be returned in their original packaging.

• 24-hours return policy begins from the day your order is delivered.

Growth Exports tape in extensions/i-tips are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hairstylist will result in improper application and the extensions will not work properly. Please use a certified professional to ensure that this product lasts and works properly. Growth Exports will not refund any orders for issues with slipping.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Growth Exports as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Growth Exports and will not be shared with other third parties.

Payment

All products remain to Growth Exports property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Growth Exports are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy: ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE, EXCHANGE ONLY.

All Growth Exports extensions come sealed with a security void label. Once opened, the hair cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges and returns must have the seal intact and not broke, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. You can also purchase a color ring or a sample of the color 

Absolutely no exchanges or returns of opened packages are possible.

We will gladly accept any exchanges within the 24-hours purchase period, provided the item has not been used or opened. All exchanges are required to meet the return standards. Each pack of hair has a void sticker on it, once opened the hair may not be returned.  No exceptions. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or opened because it is a real human hair product. Once this sticker has been opened the hair is considered used.

• All items must be returned in their original packaging.

• 24-hour return policy begins from the day your order is delivered.

• Growth Exports assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise.

• You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

• Allow up to 2-3 weeks for the credit to be issued.

This Company does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation. After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. Growth Exports will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Growth Exports products at their own risk. Growth Exports will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are NO REFUNDS or chargebacks allowed. 

 

PAYMENT

All major Credit and Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are NO REFUNDS or chargebacks allowed. 

 

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

It may take 2 working days to process your order. Growth Exports does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking.  We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes will be applied at checkout to the final order. Growth Exports is not responsible for any orders placed without a discount code entered at checkout. Discount codes cannot be stacked; there is one discount code per order. 

 

COLORS

It is advised that you use a colour ring to select your colours. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be exactly the same of the colour of the hair.
