SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order, and it shall reach you with in 3-5 working days across India. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified on your given mobile number. And if by mistake the phone number provided by you is invalid we get in touch with you over the email provided by you.

We use DTDC, Blue Dart express, Delhivery express, Shree Maruti for our deliveries across India and DHL and FedEx for international shipments.

​Very Important – Please  make an unboxing video of the package you receive, in order to claim any physical damage or missing product. No refund/exchange will be accepted without the video proof.

 

Domestic orders

  1. We dispatch the order on the next day itself but if the address / pin code / phone no. is incorrect or the pin code is unserviceable from your end is taking time. Then the time taken in the communication between ''Growth Exports'' and the buyer could take some extra days for us to dispatch your order.

  2. During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities or political crises, and curfews, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you as soon as possible and we truly appreciate your patience.

International orders

  1. We deliver international shipments with DHL. We take 3-7 working days for delivering the products to you , but customs may take a day or two extra in the case of clearing the custom payment or the KYC which has to be done by the customer.

  2. PLEASE NOTE: The shipping charge for international orders depends on your country.

  3. Custom duty has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective country standards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on growthexports.in 

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

    • Has missing parts or accessories

    • Is different from what was ordered

    • Is different from its description on the product detail page on www.growthexports.in

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a no-questions-asked return/exchange policy. Customers
can return/exchange products in most categories within 24 hour
from the date of delivery of your order. Please ensure that
the product is in original condition and unused with
all the tags intact to enable your request to be processed.
